Welcome to Rhinoly. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Rhinoly platform, including Aura (feed), Flux (messaging), Spaces (live sessions), Echo (stories and series), Pulse (discovery), and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Rhinoly. If you are under 18, you confirm you have permission from a parent or legal guardian. You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with laws in your country.
You must provide accurate registration information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. One person may not maintain multiple accounts for abuse or evasion.
You agree not to use Rhinoly to harass, threaten, impersonate others, distribute malware, spam, illegally share content, violate intellectual property rights, or engage in activity that harms users or the Service. We may remove content or suspend accounts that breach these rules.
You retain ownership of content you post (text, images, video, audio, polls, comments, and messages). By posting on Rhinoly, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to host, store, display, and distribute your content solely to operate and improve the Service (for example, showing your post on Aura or delivering a Flux message to your recipient).
You confirm you have the rights to anything you upload and that your content does not violate these Terms or applicable law.
Flux direct messages and eligible group or Space conversations may use end-to-end encryption. For encrypted communications, content is encrypted on your device; Rhinoly does not hold the keys needed to read those messages in plaintext. You are responsible for safeguarding your device and Flux Security PIN where applicable.
Flux connections require acceptance before messaging in most cases. Blocking and reporting tools are provided to help you control who can interact with you.
Content shared in public or semi-public areas (such as Aura, public Spaces, or Echo visible to others) may be seen by other users according to the privacy settings you choose. Archived Spaces may remain viewable for a limited period after a session ends, as described in the product.
Scheduling, polls, voice content, games, and other features are provided as-is. We may modify, limit, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practicable.
Our explains how we collect and use information. It forms part of your agreement with us.
Rhinoly is currently free to use. In the future we may show limited, clearly labelled advertising from selected partners. We will not sell your private encrypted Flux message content for advertising purposes.
Rhinoly's name, branding, design, and software are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or misuse the Service except as allowed by law or with our written permission.
You may stop using Rhinoly at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or to protect users and the platform. Provisions that should survive termination (including liability limits and governing law) will remain in effect.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. You use Rhinoly at your own risk. We are not responsible for conduct or content of other users.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rhinoly and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim (if any) or one hundred US dollars (USD $100).
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email where appropriate. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Questions about these Terms may be sent to rhinoly.site@gmail.com.
